Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer, who was ruled out of the IPL 2021, recently took a hilarious dig at his teammate Shikhar Dhawan. Iyer had dislocated his shoulder during the IND vs ENG ODI series and was operated to fix the problem.
Pant was asked to lead Delhi Capitals in his absence. While he is away from the game, Iyer is still rooting for his IPL franchise. Meanwhile, he took on Shikhar Dhawan after the match against Rajasthan Royals at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Gabbar took three catches during the game and was outstanding in the fielḍ. After every catch, Dhawan celebrated by performing a thigh five. Shreyas Iyer posted an Instagram story with the caption – ‘Shikhar Dhawan after this game’.
Delhi Capitals were defeated by Rajasthan Royals.
