IND vs AUS 3rd Test result
Australia have qualified for the final of the World Test Championship (WTC).

Australia defeated India by 9 wickets in the third Test to bring the scoreline to 2-1 with one match to go in Ahmedabad. Team India’s strategy to prepare rank-turner finally backfired as Australian spinners dismantled the batting line-up of the hosts in both innings.

Needing just 76 runs on Day 3, the visitors lost Usman Khawaja in the first over, with R Ashwin taking his wicket. However, Travis Head (49 not out) and Marnus Labuschagne (28 not out) took the Aussies to an impressive victory.

For Australia, Nathan Lyon took 11 wickets in the game. He was assisted by Matthew Kuhnemann, who dismissed 6 batters.

India were bowled out for 109 and 163, while the Steve Smith-led team accumulated 197 in their first innings.
