Virat Kohli was last seen in action in England but failed to make significant contributions across formats.

Virat Kohli is an institution in himself, and the veteran will play his 100th T20I when he takes the field against Pakistan on August 28.

He is the second player after Ross Taylor to come a century of matches across formats. His teammates congratulated the 33-year-old ahead of his milestone match at the Dubai International Stadium.

“I congratulate Virat Kohli on the 100 T20I match milestone. It’s not easy to play 100 matches for India in all three formats. This is a massive achievement. Every time you see him come out with phenomenal energy all the time,” said Rohit Sharma.

“Congratulations to Virat Kohli for the 100 T20I match. I am sure this is just the beginning. He has a long, long way to go, looking at how fit and hungry he is. I am sure more records and runs are coming in the future,” said KL Rahul.

“Virat Kohli’s bhai career is an inspiration for all. People think that if they can do something around their career, they have done a big thing in life,’ said Rishabh Pant.

“To play this amount of cricket is a big achievement. People will remember Virat Kohli’s record to play 100 matches in all three formats for the longest time because I don’t see this happening often,” said Hardik Pandya.
