“We will look to bowl first as it looks like a good wicket. We saw a lot of dew last night, so batting would be easier in the second innings. We need to execute our plans and enjoy our game. The boys are charged up for the match,” Suryakumar Yadav said.
New Zealand skipper Mitchell Santner would have bowled first as well.
“It looks like a good wicket, and the dew has already set in. The runs are important to challenge the Indian team, and we know about their quality. Most of the guys who are in the World Cup squad are here. We hope to get similar wickets in the World Cup,” he said.
