India will take on Pakistan in a blockbuster clash in Asia Cup 2022 on August 28.

Within three weeks, cricket’s biggest clash will take place in Dubai as India will lock horns with Pakistan on 28th August in the forthcoming Asia Cup.

For records, it’s worth noting that India-Pakistan’s last outing in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 garnered over 15.9-billion-minute views.

To add to the excitement, this year’s Asia cup could see these two neighbouring countries playing three matches. Here’s how.

India and Pakistan are drawn in Group A. Thus, they will play once in the group stage.

The new Asia Cup format has no semi-finals and the four top teams will play each other in the Super 4 round. Hence, if India and Pakistan both qualify from their group, they will play again on September 4.

The top two teams from the Super Four round will qualify for the final, and hence, there are chances that we will witness the mega clash between the two arch-rivals.

It is worth noting that India are the defending champion.
