The WTC finale between India and New Zealand was the most-watched match of the first season, recording a viewership of 177 million, with live viewership touching 130.6 million across 89 territories.
Cricket fanatics from India contributed the most with Star Sports and Doordarshan accounting for a whopping 94.6% consumption of the match won by New Zealand in the end.
