Sanju Samson vs Rishabh Pant
Samson was dropped from the second ODI, which led to a huge backlash towards the BCCI and the team management.

Sanju Samson feels fortunate to play for the Indian team amid the competition for places. He believes that people’s rising expectations are behind his performance. He scored an unbeaten 86* off 63 balls and almost took India to win.

“I am fortunate to play for India as the team is full of superstars. The people have supported me and love my batting, which is a huge motivation for me. When you start playing cricket, those are the things you want. It was my dream to play for India, and I am happy to live it,” he said.

“The expectations increase with every game. The practice time has increased, and I am happy to perform better.”
