Kane Williamson was at his best in the final of the T20 World Cup 2021 in Dubai. The right-handed batter scored 85 runs off just 48 balls. He hit 10 fours and 3 sixes in an impressive display of batting.

Kane registered the highest score by a captain in a semi-final or final of the T20 World Cup. He surpassed Kumar Sangakkara who scored 64 in 2009.

Apart from this, he became the first skipper to score multiple 50+ Scores in ICC Finals.

He had scored an unbeaten 52 in the second innings of the World Test Championship final. The Kiwis were up against India and the skipper made important contributions. He scored a valuable 49 in the first innings as well. New Zealand won the title by 8 wickets.
