Rishabh Pant is up again on his feet without any support after recovering from a ligament injury. However, it is just the start, as he must undergo a long rehabilitation program before returning to cricket.
His comeback to international cricket will take longer as he hasn’t touched a bat for long and can’t start the practice again before regaining full fitness.
However, he is missing his favorite sport a lot. In one of the posts by Wisden India, they uploaded Pant’s several pictures from Test cricket and wrote about missing the champion cricketer.
“Rishabh Pant, we miss you. ♥️ Sincerely, every cricket lover worldwide,” they wrote.
Replying to the post, Pant wrote: “I am also missing playing cricket.”
The Southpaw will miss the WTC Final and the 2023 ODI World Cup in India. He has no chance to play cricket in the ongoing year and is expected to return in 2024.
