Hardik Pandya is a big fan of MS Dhoni and has learned his captaincy traits from the legendary cricketer. He made his debut under MSD, and he continues to meet him to learn more about the game.
He is currently leading the Men in Blue in T20Is and hasn’t lost a series yet. He led India to an impressive win in the recently concluded series against New Zealand and was named the Player of the Series.
Hardik is playing a finisher’s role for the sub-continent team and he compared himself with Dhoni.
“I don’t mind playing the role which MS Dhoni used to play. I am relishing my finisher’s role. I’ve always looked forward to learning new things,” he said.
