Umran Malik has garnered a lot of attention of late. Cricket experts and fans want to see him playing for India in the upcoming five-match T20I series against South Africa.
Rishabh Pant, who will lead India in place of KL Rahul, said that Umran would learn to control his aggression with time.
“He is an amazing prospect for us. But over a period of time, he will learn how to control his aggression, line, and length. He was magnificent for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2022. But, we will give a chance to those who have come first, so he will have to wait,” said Pant.
Rishabh was given the captaincy responsibilities after Rahul was ruled out of the series due to his groin injury. Even Kuldeep Yadav will not participate in the games after being hit on the hand while batting in the nets.
