Rishabh Pant suffered a life-threatening accident on Friday morning after he ramped up his car on a divider on the Delhi-Uttarakhand highway. The 25-year-old was on his way home to surprise his mother when he met with the accident, for which he had to be hospitalised.
Pant was alone in his Mercedes, which got burnt entirely following the accident. Looking at the burnt stills of the car, several feared Pant’s condition.
Since morning there were reports that the southpaw is out of danger and has not suffered any fracture. But now an official update has been provided by the Saksham Hospital on Pant’s injuries.
Pant has suffered deep skin cuts on his forehead and a ligament injury on his knee, stated Dr S Nagar, Saksham hospital.
Pant has now been shifted to Max Hospital, Dehradun and his MRI reports are awaited.
