Dinesh Karthik has been widely praised for his commendatory style and his stint as a commentator was liked by millions. He is still in England after Sky Sports decided to retain him for the ongoing The Hundred. Now, the 36-year old is taking interviews for SKY Sports.

He invited Rohit Sharma for his debut as an interviewer. The right-handed batsman shared a few behind the scenes from his chat with Hitman, which is yet to be telecast.

DK captioned a sweet post for Hitman and wrote on Instagram, “‘When he walked on the field for the first time representing India, I was there as the non-striker. For my first-ever interview as a broadcaster, he was there for me. “We spoke about Samaira, Ritika, his inner voice, moments when he cried and also many fun stories. Thanks, Sham!”

While Rohit will play for India in the upcoming Test series against England, Dinesh Karthik remains in the European country as a commentator.
