India skipper Virat Kohli and his teammates were cautioned by match referee for their rant against Dean Elgar’s decision. During the final session of the third day of series decider in Cape Town, Elgar was given LBW on R Ashwin’s bowling. However, the Proteas captain took a review, and the decision was overturned after the ball tracking showed the ball going over the stumps.

R Ashwin was heard saying: “You should find better ways to win, SuperSport”, while teammate KL Rahul said: “Whole country playing against eleven guys.”

Virat went one step ahead and said: “Focus on your team as well when they shine the ball… not just the opposition! Trying to catch people all the time. Certainly conducting a fair game here DRS (sic).”

According to ESPNcricinfo, the on-field umpires didn’t registered any official complaint, and the match referee decided to leave the players with a warning, considering they didn’t misbehave with the officials.
