Delhi Capitals posted a competitive total of 203/4 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the WPL 2026 Final, with captain Jemimah Rodrigues leading the batting charge. She scored 57 runs off 37 balls, laced with 8 boundaries. Earlier, Lizelle Lee and Shafali Verma, the two openers, gave an aggressive start to the four-time finalists, adding 49 runs in 5.4 overs. Verma hit three fours in her knock of 20 runs in 13 balls. On the other hand, Lee was sensational with the bat, posting 37 runs off 30 deliveries, including 3 fours and 3 sixes.
South Africa’s star batter Laura Wolvaardt made an important contribution of 44 runs in 25 balls, packed with 3 fours and 2 sixes.
