India Head Coach Rahul Dravid has stated that he is happy with the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 squad. The management has been under pressure after Jasprit Bumrah’s back injury. But Dravid said that they have everything they were looking for.
Bumrah’s absence was felt in the Asia Cup 2022 as bowlers failed to defend challenging scores.
Bumrah is the only bowler who can bowl well in the death overs, and without him, the team will be tested Down Under.
“We were clear about the combinations we wanted for the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. I am happy with the players who are going to travel to Australia. Barring injuries, we have the skills we were looking at. To a large extent, we have achieved our goals.”
