India’s middle-order has been struggling in recent times, with the tour of South Africa exposing the shortcomings of the team.
While analysing middle-order batting woes, India cricketer Dinesh Karthik said that Ravindra Jadeja could win games for India, having batted well for the team.
He feels Jadeja is not a reckless kid anymore as he bats with a lot of responsibility these days, adding that the all-rounder can bat at no. 6 or even 5, considering his recent exploits with the bat.
“Jadeja is a class player who uses his brain while batting. He is winning games with the bat,” said Karthik on Cricbuzz.
Jadeja was recently ruled out of the West Indies, failing to recover on time. He also missed the Test and ODI series in South Africa.
