Gautam Gambhir was critical of skipper KL Rahul and head coach Rahul Dravid’s approach in the ongoing second ODI between India and South Africa.

With the hosts struggling to get wickets, former India player was not happy with the choice of bowlers India fielded in the match.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has lost his pace and his wicketless bowling spells have impacted the Men in Blue.

Gambhir said India should have played Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna, considering their pace.

According to him, Siraj and Krishna deserve to be out in the middle and not in the dressing room.

Earlier, India scored 287 for 6 in 50 overs. Rishabh Pant scored 85 off 71 balls to lead India’s charge.
