The most prestigious awards of the night went to legendary cricketers Brian Lara and B. S. Chandrasekhar, both honoured with the CEAT Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 27th CEAT Cricket Rating (CCR) Awards highlighted another fantastic chapter in global cricket, uniting top-tier players and emerging prospects. Organised by CEAT, a key player in India’s tyre market, the awards honoured consistency and brilliance across all formats.
The occasion honoured the spirit of the sport by celebrating its core values, commitment, perseverance, and fair play while acknowledging the performances that defined the cricketing year.
“Every CCR Awards edition reflects the timeless appeal of cricket. It’s more than just statistics it’s about the inspiring journeys of determination and excellence. We take great pride in recognising those who motivate millions,” said Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Group.
“The CEAT Awards stand out because of their honesty and fairness. These players genuinely embody the highest standards of international cricket, demonstrating outstanding talent, courage, and calmness under pressure,” said Sunil Gavaskar.

Among Indian recipients, Rohit Sharma was presented with a special token for leading India to the 2025 Champions Trophy triumph, while Shreyas Iyer was acknowledged for scoring the highest runs by an Indian in the tournament.
“It’s a privilege to be remembered like this. Each innings I played showed my love for the game, and this recognition brings it all back,” said Lara.
Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma were honoured with the top awards in the women’s categories for their remarkable international displays. The event will be televised on Star Sports and JioHotstar on October 10.
