Wasim Akram said he is unhappy to see India and Pakistan fans celebrating each other’s defeats.
Akram said that supporters should enjoy the success of their teams rather than getting happy if another nation loses a game.
“Stop celebrating the defeats. I don’t particularly appreciate it when I see India and Pakistan fans celebrating and enjoying each other’s defeat. Begaani shaadi mein abdulla deewana,” he said on Sportskeeda.
Akram said a few big names in India and Pakistan are spreading negativity.
“I will not name anyone, but famous people in both countries are spreading negativity. Let’s be patriotic, but that doesn’t mean defaming others. Just be nice to each other when everyone is struggling. It is just a game at the end of the day,” he added.
