Both the players often engage themselves in verbal banters and never miss out on any opportunity to take a dig at the other.

Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughan do not miss a chance to troll each other on social media. After West Indies dismissed England for 120 in the second innings of the third and final Test, the former India player took to social media to mock the legendary England cricketer.

“England 120 all out! What happened, @MichaelVaughan was this Extras guy unavailable due to IPL or what?.” Jaffer was referring to the criticism of the IPL by many former English cricketers, who held the league responsible for the performance of the Test team.

Meanwhile, West Indies won the match by 10 wickets. Taking note of Jaffer’s tweet, Vaughan targeted India’s performance in the Women’s World Cup, where the team failed to make it to the semis while England had booked its place in the knockout stage.

“Wasim. At the moment, we are focusing on the Women’s World Cup semis,” he wrote. However, Jaffer was equal to the task, and his latest reply was enough to clean bowled Michael.

“With just 1 win in last 17 Tests, not surprised you have given up on the men’s team Michael,” he wrote.
