After Mumbai’s last league match on 8th October 2021, Hardik Pandya took to Twitter and posted a picture with Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard.

The Mumbai Indians (MI) have not qualified for the playoffs stages of the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The five-time champions finished fifth in the points table, and though they had the same number of points as the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the Eoin Morgan led side qualified for the playoffs as they had a better NNR.

The IPL mega auction will take place before the next edition of the cash-rich league in 2022 and the teams are allowed to retain a maximum of three players. There would be a lot of reshuffles in the squads. After Mumbai’s last league match on 8th October 2021, Hardik Pandya took to Twitter and posted a picture with Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard.

“The future is always uncertain but what’s certain is that we’ll always be brothers in arms. The engine room will always run together,” tweeted Hardik Pandya.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad in the last league match of the edition.
