Rahul Dravid has already started preparing for the upcoming tour of South Africa. The visitors will play 3 Tests 3 ODIs and 4 T20Is against the hosts.
India have never won a Test series in South Africa and Dravid wants the current team to defeat the hosts in red-ball cricket.
Rahul has handed over the list of players he wants for training sessions before leaving for South Africa.
The current head coach wants to meet Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Shardul Thakur, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah.
Apart from Rohit, who played in the T20I series against New Zealand, all the other players were rested for an extended period.
