Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur’s upcoming movie Jersey is based on cricket. The two actors are visiting different cities to promote their film. As the movie is on India’s favourite sport, Shahid was asked several questions related to the Indian cricket. When the famous actor was urged to his opinion on split captaincy in Team India, he gave a diplomatic answer.
Ever since Virat was sacked and replaced by Rohit Sharma, the leading personalities have opened up on the issue.
“I think that’s for the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) to decide. But hmmm, there are pros and cons to both. But, I guess it should be what works best for the team in question,” Shahid Kapoor told Times of India.
