West Indies cricketer Carlos Brathwaite had hit Ben Stokes for four consecutive sixes to lead his country to an emphatic win in the finale of the T20 World Cup in 2016. The English all-rounder has grown in stature since then and took got his revenge during a T20 Blast game against Warwickshire, also known as Birmingham Bears.
Stokes slammed a couple of boundaries against the Windies all-rounder, which was applauded by fans on social media.

Meanwhile, Stokes was dismissed by Brathwaite after scoring 35 off 20 balls. His team scored 164 runs from the allotted 20 overs. Warwickshire could only accumulate 130 runs in 18.3 overs, losing the game by 34 runs.
Earlier, Ben Stokes was ruled of the Indian Premier League after his latest injury. He has recovered but will not play any part in the remaining season of the cash rich league when it resumes in UAE after is suspension due to the emergence of Covid-19 cases within the team.
