Playing against New Zealand, he remained unbeaten on 79 off 53 balls, including 11 fours, as the Men in Green chased down a target of 148 with six wickets left.
Captain Babar stayed till the end and played around other batters. He became the first player to register 20 fifty-plus scores as a captain in men’s T20Is.
