Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has moved up in the all-time ICC ODI Batters Rankings and taken the 15th spot going past Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar. This is because he gained many points during the recently concluded ODI series against Australia.
Babar led from the front against the visitors and scored two centuries in three games. The hosts won the series 2-1 after the sensational batting from the skipper. Azam took his rating points to 891, the 15th best ranking for a batsman in the history of ICC ODI rankings.
Tendulkar, who was previously at the 15th spot with 887 points, has now lost one place after Babar Azam pipped him.
Former West Indies batter Sir Viv Richards holds the top spot with a total of 935 points. Virat Kohli is in sixth place with 911 points.
