Axar Patel IND vs AUS 4th Test
He claimed that Indian tweakers bowled short in the first innings of the Indore Test.

Brad Hogg believes the Indian spinners will hit hard in the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. He claimed that Indian tweakers bowled short in the first innings of the Indore Test. He highligted Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin’s impressive record in Ahmedabad,

“Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin were unstoppable against England in Ahmedabad a couple of years ago. They would go hard at the Australians and I feel even Ravindra Jadeja didn’t bowl well in the third game,” he said on his YouTube channel.

“They bowled too short, especially early on when Australia batted in the first innings. They would comeback with a plan in the upcoming Test,” he added.

The 52-year-old predicted that Axar would outshine Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin at the Narendra Modi stadium.

“I think Axar Patel will be India’s top performer and will outshine Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin in the last Test.”
