Allu Arjun, the star of Pushpa, received heartfelt congratulations from Australian cricketer David Warner on winning the Best Actor award at the 69th National Film Awards. Known for his playful face-swapping videos with South Indian actors, Warner, who led the Sunrisers Hyderabad to their first-ever IPL trophy, took to Instagram to express his admiration.
With a massive following of over 10 million, David Warner tagged Allu Arjun in his post.
“Congrats and well done,” he wrote on Instagram.
President Droupadi Murmu honored Allu Arjun with the Best Actor Award for his outstanding performance in ‘Pushpa: The Rise – Part.’ The Telugu actor, expressing his gratitude on social media, extended congratulations to all national award winners and thanked everyone for the overwhelming love and wishes.
Allu Arjun will reprise his role in the sequel ‘Pushpa: The Rule,’ directed by Trivikram. The movie will premiere in theaters on August 15, 2024.
