Shane Watson, who is associated with Delhi Capitals as an assistant coach, reacted to Umran's raw pace

Australia are on a winning run, having beaten England 4-0 in the Ashes. They want to qualify for the finale of the ICC World Test Championship.

The team led by Pat Cummins will face Pakistan in the upcoming three-match Test series. Despite Pakistan being the host country, Watson believes Australia will be the winners.

“I would be surprised if Australia don’t get up, just knowing the bowlers and how well they bowled against England in the Ashes.”

“It was relentless pace bowling in the five-Test matches, and everyone really complimented each other well, and Pakistan are going to need to bat well to stay in the game.

“My gut feeling says that Australia will win the series if they score enough runs, as I believe their bowlers will be good enough to put the Pakistan batters under pressure,” he added.

Watson expects the fast bowlers to take wickets. “It is going to be very exciting for the fast bowlers. Shaheen Afridi and the Australian pacers and how they will bowl on batting-friendly wickets. I would love to see Babar Azam bat as he is beautiful to watch.”
