Aakash Chopra has criticized the national selectors for making frequent changes in the T20I team and pointed out that it could hamper their progress in the big tournaments.

West Indies skipper Kieron Pollard has lauded the player of the series Suryakumar Yadav, saying all batters of the game should learn from him and emulate his standards. The right-handed batter scored 65 runs off just 31 balls in the third T20I at the Eden Gardens to assist in a 17-run win and complete a series whitewash.

Yadav was the highest run-scorer for the hosts in the series, with 107 runs at an average of 53.50 and a strike rate of 194.55. He will next play against Sri Lanka in the upcoming three-match T20I series.

“He is a world class player. I had thye opportunity to play with him at Mumbai Indians when he first joined them in 20111. He is doing great things for India as 360-degree player. All batters can take a page out of his book,” Pollard said during a virtual press meet.
