A day after checking Wankhede’s honours board, Ajaz Patel got his name on it following his 10-wicket haul in the first innings of the ongoing Test match in Mumbai.
On Friday, the official Twitter handle of the Kiwi team shared an image of the spinner checking the honors board at the Wankhede Stadium. Azaj Patel had taken 4 wickets on the opening day of the final Test.
He took 6 more wickets on Saturday to become only the third bowler to claim all 10 wickets in an innings. The officials Twitter handle shared the images on Saturday.
In the first image Azaj can be seen looking at the honours board while in the second he poses with his name imprinted on the same board.
