Pakistan pacers Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi are already associated with the Patriots. Another Pakistan player, Usama Mir, joined the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons.
Imad Wasim, Mohammad Amir, and Salman Irshad play for the Falcons, Trinbago Knight Riders, and Jamaica Tallawahs. Signing a deal with the Patriots means that Rizwan has used the quota of two overseas T20 leagues. The PCB allows the centrally contracted players to play in two tournaments in 12 months.
Earlier, the Melbourne Renegades signed Rizwan for the Big Bash League.
