Suryakumar Yadav feels that things go out of control when Ishan Kishan and Rishabh Pant are together.

Suryakumar Yadav smashed 249 runs off 152 balls in the final of the Police Invitation Shield. Playing for his club Parsee Gymkhana against Payyade SC, he hit 37 fours and five sixes to set up a total of 524 for the loss of nine wickets on Day One.

He will represent India in the upcoming three-match ODI series that starts next month.

“When I came to bat, I went after the bowlers and palyed my natural game. Since the ground is small, I was able to hit a lot of boundaries.I came to know about my double century when my teammates appluaded me. My aim was to score heavily to get the opposition out of the game already,” he told TOI.

Yadav played a match-winning knock against New Zealand in the first T20I. But since the, he has failed to get going. He also registered two low scores versus the Kiwis and had an ordinary outing in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.

“This is how I would continue to bat, because if I am doing well in 7-8 innings out of 10, then why should I thinking of changing my style,” he added.
