Cricket Australia faces massive competition from UAE T20 League even before the real action. According to The Age, 15 Aussie players have been offered contracts worth up to INR 4 crore each a year to leave the Big Bash League in favour of the new competition.

It was reported that David Warner was the only player interested in playing in the UAE. Still, according to development, the list is long and involves many high-profile players.

UAE contract size is bigger than the money offered in BBL. It has put Cricket Australia and the Australian Cricketers Association under pressure to convince players that they are not being left behind the rest of the world.

Chris Lynn wants to play in the UAE but is also negotiating a deal with the Adelaide Strikers.

While CA is in talks with Warner to keep him in the BBL, the board is getting calls from other players regarding the money being offered to them in the upcoming league.
