Rohit Sharma has won the toss and elected to bat first against the Netherlands in the ICC World Cup 2023.
“There is no particular reason behind our decision. We have done well batting and bowling wise in the tournament. It is another opportunity for us to keep the momentum going. I am proud of the performances of my players,” said Rohit Sharma.
“We would have batted first as well. We will play in front of the biggest crowd so far. The players are looking forward to the game,” said Scott Edwards.
Both teams are going in with the same Playing XI.
