A kid, who is still in his diapers, has amazed the Indian captain Virat Kohli on social media. Former England skipper Kevin Pietersen has recently shared a video of a toddler showing his wonderful batting skills on Instagram after which all the veteran cricketers left awestruck.
Wearing a diaper and a pair of gloves, the kid showed his impressive batting skills in the video. His nerve-wrecking cover drives and straight drives along with a classic footwork impressed everyone.
The video went viral on all the social media platforms.
While expressing his awe for the exceptional batting performance of a kid, Pietersen said: “WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Get him in your squad, @virat.kohli! Can you pick him?!?!”.
In his reply to Pietersen, Kohli said, “Where’s he from??? He’s unreal.”
The Indian skipper is not the only one who got awestruck with the brilliant shots of a kid as the South African skipper Faf du Plessis also commented , “No ways that’s crazy”. While the former Proteas all-rounder Jacques Kallis said, “Serious talent that and not even outta nappies yet.”
On the match front, Virat Kohli is currently gearing up for the three-match ODI series against West Indies starting from December 15. India are heading into the ODI series on the back of a 2-1 win against Kieron Pollard’s team in the 20-over format.
