Rinku Singh (8/10): Once again held his nerve under pressure. Was unbeaten on 21 off 10 balls. Hit the winning runs.

Andre Russell (8/10): Bowled one over for 19, but played a defining knock, smashing 42 in only 23 balls. Slammed three fours and as many sixes. Was run out with KKR on the doorsteps of victory.

Prabhsimran Singh (4/10): Scored 12 off 8 with the aid of three fours. Was caught behind, trying to heave Harshit Rana on the leg side.

Shikhar Dhawan (8/10): Anchored the innings with a captain’s knock. Scored 57 off 47, with the aid of nine fours and a six. Was caught in the deep in an endeavor to take on his opposite number Nitish Rana.

Shahrukh Khan (8/10): Played a much-needed cameo of 21 not out in eight balls. Struck three fours and a six.

Harpreet Brar (7/10): Chipped in with a crucial cameo of 17 not out in nine balls. Hit two fours and a six. Dismissed Jason Roy in the only over he bowled.

Rishi Dhawan (4.5/10): Contributed a quick 19 with the bat. Had figures of 0/15 from two overs with the ball.

Rahul Chahar (9/10): Finally came to the party for Punjab Kings. Tied down KKR’s batters and forced them to take risks. Was rewarded with the wickets of Venkatesh Iyer and Nitish Rana. Ended his spell with excellent figures of 2/23.

Arshdeep Singh (3.5/10): Had a disappointing day. Bowled too many loose deliveries and ended with 0/39 from four overs.

Nathan Ellis (7/10): Bowled another economical spell. Conceded only 29 runs in four overs and got the wicket of Rahmanullah Gurbaz.
