Delhi Capitals Schedule in IPL 2025

Delhi Capitals (DC) have made big changes to their team for IPL 2025 after the mega-auction. They took bold steps, including letting go of their long-time captain, Rishabh Pant. This has led to speculation that Axar Patel might be the new captain. Axar has been an important player for DC for many years. His leadership skills make him a strong choice for the role.

Despite the squad revamp, DC made sure to retain star bowler Kuldeep Yadav, wicketkeeper-batter Abhishek Porel, and South African middle-order batter Tristan Stubbs. These stalwarts will stabilize the side as the team attempts to rebuild for the next season.

The franchise hogged the spotlight during the auction by acquiring the services of star Indian wicketkeeper KL Rahul, who will provide depth to their batting order. Australian fast bowler spearhead Mitchell Starc was one of their most expensive acquisitions, bolstering DC’s bowling attack. They also re-acquired the dynamic young Australian batter Jake Fraser-McGurk, who has been creating a buzz in T20 cricket.

With a new set of players and a fresh sense of determination, Delhi Capitals will be looking to win their first-ever IPL title in 2025.
