IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2023
India won the toss and elected to bat first in an Asia Cup showdown against Pakistan on Saturday.

Shubman Gill has become the most consistent batter in ODIs. He has scored three hundreds in 2023 and continues to contribute as an opener.

In the third and final ODI against New Zealand, he smashed 112 off 78 balls, with 13 fours and 5 sixes.

The 23-year-old equalled Babar Azam’s world record for most runs in a three-match bilateral series.

Babar scored 360 runs with the help of three hundreds against West Indies in 2016. On the other hand, Gill also accumulated 360 runs, including 2 centuries against New Zealand in 2023.

Imrul Kayes (349) vs Zimbabwe in 2018 and Quinton de Kock (342) vs India in 2013 are part of the list.

Gill also shared a partnership of more than 200 runs with Rohit Sharma, who smoked his 30th ODI ton.
