Sanju Samson is leading the Kerala side in the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy

Sanju Samson, the talented wicketkeeper-batsman, recently posted joyous moments on his Instagram from Mumbai. He posed with the legendary MS Dhoni and England’s white-ball captain, Jos Buttler.

Despite showcasing commendable performances in the ODI format for India, accumulating 390 runs across 13 matches with an impressive average of 55.71 and a strike rate of 104, Samson found himself excluded from the Indian World Cup squad. The selectors opted for Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan, leaving many fans sad.

This exclusion extended to the Asian Games as well, where a second-string team clinched a gold medal. Unfortunately, Samson was not part of that squad, adding to the disappointment of his fans.

Sharing glimpses of his time in Mumbai, Samson posted pictures with MS Dhoni and Jos Buttler on October 18, expressing his joy with the caption, “2 of my favourites 🤗🤗.”
