After a 3-0 whitewash of Sri Lanka in the recently concluded ODI series, Rohit Sharma and his men have shifted their focus to the forthcoming tour against New Zealand.
The Kiwis without their regular skipper Kane Williamson will tour India for a three-match ODI and three-match T20I series, with the fifty-over tour commencing on January 18.
The Indian side broke a plethora of records in their final game against Sri Lanka, as they registered the biggest win in ODIs by run margin. Similarly, the boys would look to replicate the same against the Black Caps.
Skipper Rohit Sharma, who recently completed fifty innings without a hundred, is also eyeing a major MS Dhoni record in the first 1st ODI.
The hitman, who hit three sixes in his 42-run knock against Sri Lanka, levelled with MS Dhoni for the most ODI sixes in India.
Sharma took his sixes tally to 123, joint-most with Dhoni, who also has struck 123 sixes. Here is the list of players with the most ODI sixes in India.
