Shubman Gill is the most in-form Indian batter at the moment. He has scored runs across formats in international cricket and will play a crucial role in the World Test Championship Final against Australia at the Oval.
Former India great Dilip Vengsarkar, who scored a lot of runs in England, has given a mouth-shutting reply to Greg Chappell for predicting Shubman Gill’s failure in the upcoming WTC final against Australia.
Chappell had said that Gill would struggle against the Aussie quicks. He was not confident of India batter’s success in England.
However. Dilip has a different take on the young batter.
“He is a confident cricketer and doesn’t need to change his technique in England. Gill plays his shots according to manual. We expects a lot from him and I am sure he will deliver in England,” he told the Hindustan Times.
