Tournament Format

All matches of the Asia Cup 2025 will be played in a T20 format, which will make every match a nail-biting encounter. Eight teams are playing, split into two groups of four.

Group Stage: Each team meets the other sides in its pool once. The top two teams from each group, i.e.,

Super Four: The four qualified sides then play each other once in a round robin competition. The top two teams in the overall standings will move on to the final.

Final: The top two teams from Super Four will meet in the final to compete for the title of Asia Cup 2025 holder.

Points system:

Win = 2 points

Tie / No Result = 1 point each

Damage = 0 points
