Salt heaped massive praise on Abhishek Sharma, who has been sensational as an opener in T20Is. “He can hit the first ball of the match for a six. He also comes down the wicket to hit the ball on the off and leg sides of the wicket. I am not like him, and he is not like me. I enjoy his batting,” he added.
In 36 innings, Abhishek has scored 1,267 runs at an average of 37.26 and a strike rate of 194.92, including two hundreds and eight fifties.
