“We will bowl first. We will try to put Gujarat under pressure, with dew impacting the game. We had a couple of days off and then focused on our preparations. It is important to assess the conditions. We will have to find ways to bat and bowl,” Meg Lanning said.
Gujarat Giants skipper Ashleigh Gardner would have bowled first as well.
“We would have bowled first as well. We scored 200 runs in three games batting first. Hopefully, we will set the tone early. You have to play straight here. The outfield is fast, and you can always catch up. We will have to be clinical in our decisions. It is not a knockout game for us. We will have to focus on the positives,” she said.
