In the IPL 2026, Sanju Samson will now be seen showcasing his talent for the Chennai Super Kings. CSK has traded this star wicketkeeper-batter from the Rajasthan Royals for ₹18 crore. In exchange, CSK had to sacrifice the legendary all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. Jadeja had been a part of CSK for 14 years, although he had started his IPL career with the Rajasthan Royals. Apart from Jadeja, CSK has also handed over Sam Curran to Rajasthan Royals for Sanju.
Now, after joining CSK, Sanju Samson has broken his silence. He tweeted: “We are only here for a short period of time.’
Gave MY everything to this franchise, enjoyed some great cricket, made some lifetime relations, treated everyone in the franchise as my family..
And when its time.. I AM moving On.. Shall always be grateful for everything.”
