A major controversy has erupted over the India-Pakistan clash in the upcoming Asia Cup 2025, next month. Former Indian cricketer and BJP leader Kedar Jadhav has claimed that there will be no India-Pakistan encounter in this tournament.

According to the current schedule, the Asia Cup is set to begin on the 9th of September. India and Pakistan are in the same group, and the two countries are scheduled to face each other on September 14. However, Kedar Jadhav has said that Team India should not play against Pakistan, and in fact, they will not play.

Earlier, Rajya Sabha MP Harbhajan Singh had also called for a boycott of the India-Pakistan clash. However, the BCCI has not yet made any official announcement on this matter.
