Team India’s star batter KL Rahul has won the hearts of fans, including Test captain Shubman Gill. KL shared a story where, instead of him, Shubman Gill was made the captain, and what KL said to him left everyone impressed.
KL Rahul told Sony Sports Network:
“When the team was announced and he was named captain, I reached out to Shubman. I told him that I’m always available for you. If you need any kind of help, guidance, or even someone to talk to or share something with — I’m always here. But I also believe that you will need to give people their space too.”
KL further added:
“When the team loses, somewhere or the other, everyone has made some mistakes. I’m always ready to help the team.”
