New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 21 runs to go 2-0 up in the five-match series. After 3-0 thumping in Australia, the Men in Green continue to sink further in international cricket.

Chasing 195, Pakistan’s batting suffered another collapse. Fakhar Zaman (50) and Babar Azam (66) were the only batters, who contributed. Pakistan were bowled out for 173 in 19.3 overs.

Adam Milne took 4 wickets for the home team. Tim Southee,Ish Sodhi and Ben Sears added two scalps each, respectively.

Earlier, New Zealand put up 194/8 in 20 overs. Finn Allen slammed 74 runs off 41 balls, laced with 7 fours and 5 sixes. Kane Williamson (26 retired hurt, Mitchell Santner (25) and Devon Conway (20) played handy knocks for the Kiwis.
